displays "archive" at the top as a heading

I’m sorry, I’m not sure what you’re asking for with username and password.

 

Can you please help me, the page displays “archive” at the top of the page, and I don’t know why.  Don’t want it there.

      ok, I can’t explain it, but it’s no longer there… nevermind??  Attached is the screen shot it wouldn’t let me attach the first time.
