This has been happening since the day we bought you. We have to manually update this plugin every time, which is frustrating because we expect premium plugins to update with a single click from the WordPress dashboard. Yours does not.
Is there any chance this will be fixed so it works like that? Babysitting one plugin out of the hundreds of websites we maintain is cumbersome. Never works. Don't expect it ever will. And every custom color we add to the buttons, never stays longer then a week. We have pretty much given up on expecting you plugin to work as expected. Just telling you our expereince.
We host 170 client websites. And you plugin is one the handful that constantly needs baby sitting. It is very frustrating to have a "premium" plugin that requires more manual babysitting the the free ones.

Thank you for your messages!
I am going to escalate this ticket to development to help in here. Please allow us some time to address this, and we truly appreciate your patience. Thank you for being a valued EventON customer!
Hello Steve, our auto update process should work as the updates are hosted on our server and sent out to activated copies of eventON with valid license subscription.
If you would like to kindly share wp-admin to a site where you have updating issues via ACCESS INFO on right side we can look deeply into your site and see if there is any issue in there that is not allowing for updating auto.
Not sure if there is an issue in the short code or if it is user error. I am not very familiar with word press… calendar is not loading in events section. CTA url has been edited to go to correct link and it is still going to previous link. need help figuring out. also need to know if buttons can be removed to have events lad without being month by month so that site visitors can just scroll through. www.roswelljunction.com/events-entertainment/
Hello Andrew Vest,
Could you create a new ticket and include login info in ”Access Information”, so we can check the issue?
