I have two reoccurring events set-up. How do I download a report of tickets purchased for specific dates or at all?
Also, my events are saying “event over” 24 hours before the actual event. I’d like to change that to start at the event start time.
Feb 3,2017 AT 12:25PM - 5 years ago -You can check the attendance info at the bottom of Tickets panel, but there is no option to filter the report.
As for the event over message, make sure you have the set your timezone correctly in dashboard->settings->general
