It seems that you can use any basic calendar for this. For example, Main Calendar.

Just use EventTop Designer to arrange fields in different columns:

Location City as well as other “(optional)” fields are for admins only. They cannot be shown on the front-end.

Just add everything to Location Address (street name, city, postcode, country and so on):

Could you elaborate? Do you want to add a new content to Location section or where:

The field cannot be added without customizing the source code. The only option is to add City to Location Address separate by a comma.
