How can I edit events metadata directly in database? For example, switch on rsvp on all events at once and turn google maps visibility on in every event I have?Mar 13,2017 AT 4:02AM - 1 year ago -
thats not really something the helpdesk can help you with you can put in a customization request which Ashan may show you how but is outside the scope of this helpdesk
For customization job, please fill up the customization request form and send us a request.
I am trying to find EventOn details in the wordpress database, and cannot find anything. In particular, I have an order that I need to change the name for the attendee.
Can you tell me what indexes apply to EventOn?
WooCommerce handles orders. Please check this guide https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#section-3
Actually, I read the guide, but I still can’t access the “attendee name”. The issue: Someone registered for a free event ($0.00 ticket cost), put the customer name in name, but clicked on an address that was already populating the field, which belonged to another customer, which made the existing customer the Attendee, but the new customer the purchaser.
So now, I am able to change the name on the invoice to the new person, but the other customer still comes up as the attendee. All I want to do is to change the name of the attendee to the new customer’s name.
I hope that makes better sense. Thanks.
Give us the 2 users so we can see what we can do.
Or their emails…
Check now I have changed them.
