Email Notifications to Staff not sending

Hi,

At sjcpls.org we are having trouble with notifications coming in that people have RSVP.
The users are receiving the notifications.

A sample event is: https://sjcpls.org/events/metadata-training-for-librarians-staff-only/

We have tried a variety of emails and they are not being received nor are they in SPAM.

      do you have an smtp plugin running on your wordpress site?

      if not I suggest you do so, if you do have one running please provide wp-admin access so we can diagnose

      Could you try going to eventon-rsvp/templates/notification_email.php and comment line 28?

      echo EVORSP()->addon_data[‘plugin_path’];

      Hi,

      We added the code and its mostly working.  We have the “notify the event author” toggle on – and the author is still not receiving the message.  It is working for the additional email addresses.

      Let me know how we can fix this last part of the issue.

      I tried to change EventOnSupport’s email, but received this error:

      I added a test email address to “Additional email addresses to receive email notifications for new RSVPs” and received this notification email:

      Could you also try adding author’s email to Edit Event > RSVP > Additional email addresses to receive email notifications for new RSVPs?

      I tried this on our test server and it seems there is an issue with Send email notifications to event author.

      Diana, kindly update RSVP addon to version 2.6.12 and let us know if that does not resolve your notifications issue. I have resolved some bugs related to notification email in that version.
