Error adding ticket in cart (not for me but for some users... How can I help them?)

Hi guys!
I have created a paid event on the site that works correctly.

However, I have a couple of users who are experiencing this problem: when they try to insert the ticket in the cart it gives them an error. I invited the person to refresh the page and clear the cache but the situation even after 24 h does not change for them.

On the other hand, I see correctly and I don’t know how to help them. What could it be?

      Because of enabled “Show a message if a loggedin customer has purchased a ticket already” you can purchase only one ticket at a time.

      Please go to https://holisweek.com/carrello/ and remove the ticket.
