I have created a paid event on the site that works correctly.

However, I have a couple of users who are experiencing this problem: when they try to insert the ticket in the cart it gives them an error. I invited the person to refresh the page and clear the cache but the situation even after 24 h does not change for them.
On the other hand, I see correctly and I don’t know how to help them. What could it be?
