Event images disappear. The best i can tell is that if an editor edits an existing event for any reason, the image disappears or reverts back to a default image. Then if we try to replace the image again, it ends up empty. We then have to edit again to add the image which ends up putting duplicates in the media library. I think this only occurs from the Action User front end editing.
My client claims that the disappearing image has happened sometimes without them editing, but I’ve not been able to verify that yet.Feb 8,2017 AT 7:33AM - 2 years ago -
Ok i think i may have figured it out. I *finally* found where the default image was (action user setting). I think i couldnt find it because that setting isnt incorporated with the general settings menu.
If i disable the default image and create an event, then edit it, the image remains.
If i enable default image and create an event, then edit it, the image disappears. So the problem appears to be with the default image. Which i can live without for a while, but would like it fixed. And would like to have a default image for ticket product as well. thanks.

Also, please disable all other plugins, change back to default WP theme and check once.
It appears that disabling all plugins may have solved the problem. I tested on a DEV site but wont be able to verify on the Production until late tonight. I will get back with you after that. thanks.

I have a question in regards to the way that the images are displayed. At the moment, the title of the event is displaying across the image. Is it possible to make it display underneath the image instead?
