I may be confused about where to place shortcodes. My EventOn list is on my homepage in the primary sidebar widget. In the admin area (widgets) where I added the EventOn Basic Calendar plugin, there is also an EventOn Shortcode Executor that can be moved into a widget area. Is this where I add the generated shortcode? I added the shortcode [add_eventon_list accord=”yes” ] but when an event opens in my event list, it does accordian open, but I thought it would accordian closed when I open another event in the list. This is the way I’d like it to function: Click and event > it accordians open. Click another event, and the first event closes. BTW – I’ve tried the option both as, “yes” and as, “no”

I then added to that the following shortcode:
[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”5″ accord=”yes” ]
so it looks the same as it did but the accordion is working
which means only 1 event is open at a time- open one event- the other closes
Is this what you are after
You could use the shortcode on other widgets but we recommend using our shortcode executor.
As for the accordion opening/closing, it is already behaving like you have requested.
First one opens when clicked and then closes when clicked on another.
Have you managed to sort it already?
