Event on slider plugins update doesn't works

I try to do the update on my back office wordpress for the event on slider. it’s says : “Update failed: The archive could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.”

  To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
