The MyEventOn > Settings > Tickets > Checkout doesn’t provide many options.
I’m having the following issues and need to make the necessary changes:
1. Once a user puts something in their cart, it flashes a green box with 2 choices – View Cart or Checkout. But the box doesn’t last long enough to respond. Instead it automatically directs the user to the checkout page. There is no option to add more to the cart or continue shopping.
I need this green box to NOT redirect. Once a user decides to purchase, the item should be placed in the cart WITHOUT redirecting them.
2. Once the user is on the Checkout page, how do I add a Continue Shopping button on the View Cart & Checkout pages that redirects them back to where they were shopping? I have a series of private events that is not accessible to the public, so the “continue shopping” button for this purpose would need to redirect the user back to the last page they were on.
3. Where do I set the *required fields for tickets? Billing Info does not currently show Street Address as required, and Additional Ticket Info makes Full Name, Phone Number, and Email optional. This needs to be changed. All need to be required. I don’t see an area to do this.
4. Thumbnails in cart are not displaying.
5. How do I adjust the style of the checkout pages? The headers are coming in too large. I tried changing this in the Global Options of my theme > WooCommerce (didn’t see any options). I also tried reducing the Typography > Headers > H1 font to 42px. Still no changes.
6. The entry fields for Billing Info and Additional Ticket Info do not display a box that indicates where to type the input. It is currently blank. It’s only until you click that autofill comes in and creates the missing box.

I’ll get Ashan to (the owner) to answer with a code change to make the green section appear slightly longer
2: you could edit the cart page and put in the Link to the shop at the bottom
3: this is a woocommerce issue- you will need to set up your shipping zones
also in woocommerce>>>>settings>>>>>shipping>>>>>>shipping options you can set the default address’s
4: see video below
5: eventon doesn’t touch the cart and checkout pages-
see video
6: again a woocomerce issue or a theme issue
see video below
I added the css to appearance>>>>>customize>>>>additional css
