Trying to setup and get it to work. But, a total chaos. Don't need no special thing, just a simple, clean and minimal design. Also translated in my own language.
1. How can I determine what email and how many do my customers receive? As I understand two emails are sent when a customer buys a ticker for my event? O only need one simple minimal email of order confirmation.
2. How to change the email design and information? delete what is not needed and transalte to my own Language? I found I need to alter somehow a php file and code my own design? But is this the only way? I am a designer and not a coder, dont have any experience in this, just need simple and minimal confirmation of an order that was made. How to do that? I was hoping to have this option when buying the addon. Maybe there is some program or way that I could create a simple desing and it could be translated to that php template file?
If there is no possibility to change the design somehow easy (or maybe there is), what is the best way to translate it?

1. EventON and WooCommerce both send out confirmation emails to users who make a purchase.
You can stop EventON from sending it by going to EventON > Tickets > Emails > enable Stop auto sending ticket confirmation email to customers.

The translation can be made by going to EventON > Language > ADDON: Event Tickets. Parts of the email will be translated as well as other parts of Tickets add-on.
