I just purchased the Events Ticketing Add-On as well as the RSVP Event Waitlist. But after installing the RSVP Waitlist plugin, I was told that it is only compatible with the RSVP Event plugin.
I'd like to have a waitlist option for my event if it becomes sold out. How can I do this?
If I purchase the RSVP add-on, will someone who buys a ticket automatically be RSVP'd to the event, and if so, will that trigger the Waitlist option for those who see a SOLD OUT event?

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Now that I know the RSVP Waitlist is contingent on RSVP events, how do I go about receiving a refund for that particular plugin?

In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.
