EventCard - custom data fields not displayed v. 4.9.12

Hi Support!
I manage two domains with two different EventOn versions. For your information, after version 4.0.6, custom fields are not displayed on the single card, even though they have been included in the custom card designer and the information entered in the custom fields. The current issue is with version 4.9.12.

  When I load a page, after a second or so, all custom meta fields are deleted from Event Card. However, when I check the website in Troubleshooting Mode, all fields are there:
  
  Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
