EventCard single page - bug translation

Hello,
When an event in L2 or L3 is opened on an EventPage on the browser, the translations of the labels are displayed on the L1 language. On the other hand, on the “slideDown Event Card” view, the translation works perfectly.

Thank you for your support.
🙂

Since you use WPML, please follow this guide:

      https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/wpml-eventon-front-end/

You don’t need to use EventON > Enable language corresponding events with WPML.

      Hello,

This is because WPML isn’t enabled in shortcodes according to this guide:

      https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/wpml-eventon-front-end/

Please add the compatibility and then check events from the compatible shortcode to see the correct translation.

      Thanks for the support.
The shortcode already includes the correct language, and the translations work correctly. The problem occurs when we open the single event directly via URL, having chosen in the single event settings to open the information expanded. Some words (see the image attached to the message from 3/18) are not translated.

      I found the solution:
Include /var/ri-0.l-L3/ at the end of all external event URLs (replace the language number, for example, L3 is German on our website, so I’ll replace L2 for French: /var/ri-0.l-L2/

      THE TRANSLATION WORKS
      https://www.naranjo-sat.com/de/events/sat-1-selbsterkenntnis-und-lebendigkeit-01/var/ri-0.l-L3/

      THE TRANSLATION DOESN’T WORK
      https://www.naranjo-sat.com/de/events/sat-1-selbsterkenntnis-und-lebendigkeit-01/

      🙂
