Hey. I have Eventon 2.5.5 and just bought some Addons from you. Now these don’t work and require Eventon 2.6. This does not make me happy since I feel pushed to buy more and more.
Do I automatically get Eventon 2.6 or do I have to buy it (again)? Is 2.5.5 nothing worth then since I cannot use the just-bought Addons? Or do I have to always renew the support fee? Thanks for your support.

No, you do not need to pay extra to upgrade the eventon plugin. You can go ahead.
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon install new one and activate and delete old eventon. This link will further explain the process it.
