I have both eventon and activation user with licences… I was not sure which one to add when I registered. They are different users. Problem is that I don’t receive emails when someone submits an event online. http://lanarkcountytourism.com/submit-your-event/
Form is made with action user and its set to get emails when someone completes the form.

when I log in I get a white screen only

in Myeventon>>>>actionuser>>>>emailing (see screenshot)
there is a place to put in the email you want to send the notifications to

I am unable to access the plugin panel on the dashboard.
Please update to latest version and check once if you are using old version.
So do you receive any email from actionuser? You can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ to see if emails are going through your server. And if that works please send us FTP info to your server and we can take a closer look
Actually, I dd not receive the mail using the test plugin and the author says it could be because of email setup.
I also checked the email address you are using and I see that you have webmail from different domain. so, check that as well
We are working on emailing system these and hoping to release an update to actionUser addon that wil hopfully fix your issue as well
