After updating to the latest version of EventOn, I am having a major problem customizing layouts with my theme. It seems like the EventOn CSS is overriding or conflicting with my theme. Right after the update I noticed that my H1 font had changed but I didn’t think it would affect the layouts. I am unable to add some important pages to my site until this is resolved. Please help!
My theme platform is Headway Themes. It’s a terrible system and not being supported any longer. However, it was working fine before my EventOn update.
I have invested a lot of time and effort into creating an industry events section on my site with EventOn. In order to avoid future conflicts, I am thinking about creating a separate site and putting it on a subdomain.Feb 26,2017 AT 10:25AM - 3 years ago -
I don’t think our plugin is causing the issue. As you can see in the screenshot, the H1 is not even affected by our plugin’s style.
Also, if you disable eventon completely, it does not change the font in anyway.
So, it mist be something else that is causing the issue.
It may be the cache plugin you are using. Clean the caches from inside your plugin, as well as your browser, and check once.
Thank you for the quick reply! After business hours, I will try disabling EventOn to see what happens. The issue I’m having is not with existing pages on the site. When I create new pages with a custom layout, the style is not rendering. Thanks.
