Hi,
The Main Event Details metabox is missing when one administrator creates or edits events in the WordPress backend. Other metaboxes, such as Yoast SEO, appear normally. With my own administrator account, the EventON fields display correctly.
The issue also occurs in an incognito window. Creating a new administrator account for her previously resolved it, but the problem returned after about two months.
Could you help identify the cause and restore the EventON metabox for her account?
