It may be possible but it depends on your email client- what are you using outlook 2010 for example
you will also want to add some css to the page to remove the menus and logo for example of they will appear in the email as well
Outlook does not accept iframe, is there another way?
which outlook version (year) are you using?

actually I just tested in outlook 2010 and you wont need to stuff around with adding css to hide the menu- you can delete that once the webpage has loaded in the email but I would need to know which version you are using in order to give you the right advice
