This problem is with the wp 5.6 version. Works normally with 5.5 version

      Hello,

Could you update to EventON 3.0.6?

How it looks on our test site:

Please also note that you can find Shortcode Generator by going to EventON Settings > ShortCodes.

Yes I did 3.0.6 update, but the result is the same. You are showing on Gutenberg blocks but I am using classic editor.

      …Enable jQuery Migrate Helper…

Usually themes themes require this plugin. Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon. It seems that the issue can be in the theme or one of your third-party plugins.

Also your toolbar looks quite different from the default one:

and friends, some “healthy” icons don’t appear. (attached. for example disenfection and other.. icons)

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header):

      .evo_card_health_boxes .evo_health_b i.fa { font-family: ‘evo_FontAwesomeS’,’evo_FontAwesome’,’evo_FontAwesomeB’ !important; }

It seems that your theme’s or one of your plugins’ FontAwesome overwrites EventON’s icons.

      Hi Agaks,

I’m glad that you were able to workaround this by rolling back to WP 5.5.

We would be happy to dig deeper into this issue if you are able to clone your site to a temporary staging site and share some WP-admin and FTP access.

Let me know if this is possible.

Style regulation for health icons was also not the solution.

      Please check now:

      What’s the problem?

Incorrect quotes. Sometimes our text formatter changes them so the CSS code becomes incorrect in some cases. Sorry about that.

I switched your theme to Twenty One and the button is visible:

      Your theme is enabled:

      Hi there,

      Thanks for the follow-up.

I think we have been able to rule out that this is not an issue in the plugin. The next step would be to reach out to your host and check if there are some missing modules that would cause the problem.

Feel free to contact us should any other issues come up.

Even with disabled plugins and switched theme it still not visible anymore. I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan, so he can check this.

Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.

Meanwhile as a temporary solution please go to EventON Settings > ShortCodes > [ ] GENERATE SHORTCODE.

Ok great! Lets wait for Ashan to respond.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
