My EventOn tickets don’t work. Guests can checkout but they don’t receive a confirmation email, I have it set to auto complete the order but it doesn’t I have to go into WooCommerce Orders and manually mark it processed, it shows no tickets through eventon. I have to look up Woocommerce orders to see anything. I purchased EventOn Ticket Add on but so far have not been able to actually process any tickets through it.

You are using Checkout made out of blocks:

Your current version of Tickets doesn’t support it, but if you update it, then issue will be fixed.
To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
If you don’t want to update, please replace your current Checkout page with the default WooCommerce shortcode:
