EventOn Tickets - ORDER NOW button not Working

EventOn Tickets – ORDER NOW button not Working

I am using the latest versions of EventOn with EventOn Tickets. The Order Now lists the correct variable price range as defined in WooCommerce but the button doesn’t function.

I have already tried this with the default WordPress theme with all plugins removed except for EventOn plugins and Woocommerce. Still the Order Now button is not working. I should also mention that this does not appear to be a problem with my WooCommerce or WooCommerce Settings. I am able to access the ticket via my shopping page, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout through the default WooCommerce pages. It is only the EventOn plugin that seems to be NOT working. The Order Now button is for all purposes inert.

Looking over the events you have with tickets with variable prices I don’t believe you have set them up right

      please look over http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/set-variable-prices-tickets/

I don’t see any variations on the ticket types

For basic events it works for simple products http://dancetribe.org/events/daves-test/

But I can’t see the variable ticket types on your events

Ok. Thank. I also wanted to show you that the variable ticket sales work from the WooCommerce Storefront. They just don’t work from the EventOn Front End. See picture.

Should I attempt to create a new event without variations and then publish? I am not sure how to proceed and my event is in 3 short days.

See my replies here in: http://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/ticket/variable-product-issue/

Hopefully they help, I too use variations on a live setup and while I have questions on other inventory related functions, they are working (as configured in the aforementioned URL/post/reply).
