I cannot navigate to the Events page in WordPress. It will not load for some reason. All the other pages related to EventOn load properly. Have you seen this issue before? ThanksJan 26,2017 AT 2:09PM - 3 years ago -
Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

Do you have multiple license for the plugin?
I see it is installed and activated on more than one site.
I am using the plugin on the main site only. I do not have a multi-site license because I am not using it on the other sites as you could see. I saw that you deactivated it from the network and it is still working on the main site. I assumed that I needed to activate the plugin for the network in order to use it on any of the sites. I am still learning about multi-site and how the plugins work and didn’t understand the process. Good to know.
However, I still have a problem with the plugin. The Events page will not load in the WP Admin. Did you look at that? Do you know why it is not working?
I have not heard from you since the morning of the 29th. Are you still working on this?

I checked on the website this morning and the Event Page is a disaster! What have you done? Please put the site back as you found it and do not do anything else.
The page on the back end is nothing like the one that loads on the front end. It is dated 2015 in the footer, so I know you must have restored something from years ago.
Please just return the website to what it was before you started working on it. I will take it from there. Please hurry. You have really messed up this page.

I dont think any of us have access your site. So if someone went haywire that was probably your doing. Your wp-admin doesnt work for me to provide any assistance here. You do not have access to the admin area anymore because I have changed the password. Things went haywire, as you said, during the time you were working on the site and I was sleeping, so I am confident I didn’t do it. After I woke up I noticed the problems.
I had to delete the calendar page and start over with a new URL because your changes caused the page to load with content that was not even on the page in the back-end. This is the second time this happened after receiving support.
Everything is fine now, I deactivated the EventOn plug-in and installed something else that works for me.
Marc, I do not know believe my colleagues would do anything to break your site. As for me this is the first time I am replying to this ticket so I personally have NOT done anything let alone access your wp-admin. If you believe it was done by our team my sincere apologies.
With that being said, if you run into issues as above please refer to http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/ under troubleshooting specially the PHP code errors and running debug log to catch errors that is a life saver in finding PHP server-side errors that may be breaking your site – that could provide insight on what errors and where they are coming from.
