Events show as sold out when not
Hi,
My clients site was working well until the first classes went ahead and only 4 people out of 15 available tickets showed up.
The class was showing as Sold Out. We think this may have been people putting events in their basket and eventon thinks they have been sold?
What do you think?

I looked over your events and …..which event are you referring to? none of them have the sold out option

Because your events are repeating and you are selling tickets to those events you will want to activate
see screenshot
and then for each repeat you put 8 in the field
then you do some maths- 8 x the number of repeats and put that in the total field
