Facebook Add-On Not Working.

I purchased the Facebook add-on, and I cannot get it to sync up at all..

Can you provide some help?

  I go to myEventOn > Sync Events
  
  In there I have my Facebook App stuff in the Facebook Connectivity Tab. Then in the Facebook Tab I have the ID to the page in there “swchamberoc”. So that is all setup.
  
  Then you go to the Facebook Tab at the top to run that, and no events ever come through…

  I’ve tested and it doesn’t work when sync is scheduled. Manual import works right. On our test server everything works (fetching from your Facebook page as well).
  
  Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
