Hi
Just upgraded all of the EventOn plugin and addon plugins via FTP.
Now my event list no longer works and my event calendar entries not longer show my events.
Also my events list breaks my shop main menu.
Can you please find a urgent fix because I currently have an event on right now for purchase!
Thank you
Lyse

Hi,
You are using a lot of plugins and one of them is causing the issue.
Please disable all other plugins one at a time and check once.
Hi Ashish
I have found the plugin conflict. It’s the WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons plugin.
Last update was 16 February and your plugin last update was this month. So are you suggesting I contact the other plugin developer to resolve the issue?
Thanks
Lyse
Hi Lyse,
We do not provide support for conflict with other plugins. So, yes, please contact the developer of the other plugin and ask them for their help for this.
Hi
When I look at the web console, your plugin shows the following error on loading:
“unreachable code after return statement[Learn More] tx_wc_variable.js:310:4”
Could you please have a look.
Thank you
Lyse
Hi Lyse,
If you see the error, then that is what you need to fix first, as our plugins do not have errors when you install it.
If the other plugin is causing the error, then you need to contact the developer and as the for their help with it.
However, I checked again but do not see the error that you have mentioned.
Hi Ashish,
I do not get an error during install. I’ve had the plugin working fine, no compatibility issue, since January of this year. During the last update, it stopped working and seem to have a compatibility issue since with the WooCommerce plugin, that has not changed. So I’m torn understanding who’s plugin is at fault, while I can’t fix it, I’m going back and forth with both plugins support team on this issue but not getting anywhere near a resolution.
Any page that loads gets the attached error directing to your plugin.
WooCoommerce support reports a totally different JavaScript error (which I don’t see, and only an product – non-event) here: http://cld.wthms.co/d8NU
Where do I go from here?
Thanks
Lyse

Hi
Sorry for the delay in responding. I moved my website to PHP7 so got moved to a new server as a result.
After so many plugin updates, my issue went away.
Please close this ticket and I will open a new one should the problem resurface.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Lyse
Lyse, glad to hear the issue went away!
