Google Calendars not syncing properly

We have multiple calendars syncing, and we recently deleted/changed something that was on the calendar for Friday. I did a manual sync this morning and I see the new content when I “fetch” the data but after it processes it isn’t updating on the front end calendar? It has been at least 6 hours and it still isn’t there.

      The event in question is on Friday Feb. 15, instead of saying No School, it should say School in Session – Storm Make Up Day

      Sorry for the delay. Could you please update EventON and Sync add-on? Before update please backup your data. This link will further explain the process it.

      Sync add-on is currently unavailable so if you can’t update Sync add-on please send us FTP login info as a private message so I can update it manually.

      come on please, is it possible to have a stable environment for website in production using the payed addon ? There is always something not working… we need this process to work permanently, we trust you for that.

      We’ve been angry when facebook killed your wonderful event sync, but still need gg calendar.

      I actually have my google calendar sync also not working (for the 3 or 4th time in a year guys). Shall I wait weeks and weeks to have this major feature work again ? Did we made a choice between plugins, and paid for this one just to get this poor maner to think about clients basic needs ?

      We love you, and, when it works, we also like plugin and addons, but we have to say that now we are a bit fed up with this technical attitude guys.

      Please, consider we need all this to work, instead, we won’t pay to use it. Please respect us.

      Hey Fred,

      We appreciate the patience. Artem will run a manual update for you, as the plugin for now is disabled ( and we are working to maintain it and bring it back online ).
      it is a temporary solution but the best way for us, so we can keep you rocking.

      I disabled and removed the plugin. I have 12 google calendars feeding my website, and can not afford for them to not be working. I installed The Events Calendar and it seems to do what I need.

      We are sorry for that Angela. We are working around the clock to find solutions to issues, some times we are not managing it.
