Hello, we have an issue with selling tickets:
We have connected Stripe account to woocommerce, but after adding the product from ticket, the Checkout and Basket pages are empty and no possible to continue this transaction. However, when events are created, the Products are created automatically as well in menu Products.
We ve installed the patch you have adviced on the page for Tickets Addon, but it doesnt help either.
Obviously, as the transaction doesnt go through, we cannot test other addons we have bought from you: pdfer, qr code, ticket…
Could we possibly to connect trough Team viewer and you check the issue?

Hello,
Please check https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/. As you can see Checkout, Cart and other woo pages must contain shortcodes. After I’ve added one to Check-out:
