Hi EventON Support Team,
I’m currently trying to set up a webhook that triggers when a new RSVP is submitted. My goal is to send the RSVP data (name, email, event name, etc.) to a custom endpoint for further processing (in this case, integration with FluentCRM).
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- EventON and RSVP Addon are installed and activated (latest versions)
- I created a new webhook under "RSVP: When new RSVP is received"
- I tested multiple URLs – including a [webhook.site](https://webhook.site) address to eliminate server-side issues
- I submitted several test RSVPs with valid data
- I also implemented logging to verify if the hook `eventon_rsvp_data_inserted` is being triggered – it is not
Unfortunately, the webhook is **never triggered**, and no data is sent to the provided URL – neither to my custom endpoint nor to external services like webhook.site. This leads me to believe the internal RSVP hook or the webhook integration may not be firing correctly.
This functionality is critical for my automation setup, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving the issue.

Maybe https://neurotunes.com/test/wp-json/custom/v1/eventon-rsvp/ needs the refresh.

I know it works for sure because we just ran it on our end. Also try using zapier and see if that works better? any webhook api url should work, but try zapier also.
Did you check the guide provided by Ashan? I did some tests and no issues on our side with Zapier.
