Feb 14,2017 AT 6:31AM - 4 years ago -All events have schema data embeded for search engines. So you want to optimize the search engine optimization (SEO)?? 🙂
anyways those schema data for search engines are passed from events. Take a look at the HTML of the events on frotnend you will see yourself 🙂
You can always use other 3rd party SEO plugins to help add more SEO tags to page header of individual event pages.

Hello, I am trying to submit a new ticket but the form will not let me. My Action User submission form does not work. When I click a date on the form calendar, nothing happens the text box is still empty. When I click the right arrow on the calendar, it takes me to the year 1900. Any ideas? see attached image. thanks.

Hey sorry for the delay this was not assigned to me. And I only answer assigned topics as i spend most of the time developing new stuff.
I am able to login but i can not see wp-admin all i see is my-account. So we would need access to backend or even direct links to pages.
Follow the css customization guide to further edit style changes. <– for things like simple color changes etc. thats not supported in eventon > appearnace

Thanks I can login now. I am not able to replicate the slider issue, I rotated through the slider a lot but still it shows fine.

So the slider only happen when you remove the navigation> can you please share a direct link to this on a created new page?
Time would be adjusted to UTC and google calendar will adjust it in their timezone when they add to their calendar.

Hi derekdjeu,
I went ahead and provided a fix since I believe some sort of a cache is causing this issue with our script and not allowing the height to auto generate and complete it’s functions, BUT i cannot determine where it’s coming from.
So, I know the slider WORKS with the navigation below the slider when it’s active, so I enabled the navigation, and simply hid the navigation via CSS in the EventOn styles tab, for this specific Page.
That way if you decide to use the slider on another page, it will still function, but the slider will still operate.
Also, your page has (0) errors now which is a good thing.
Someone else will reply about the timezone issue, but I believe that your settings in WordPress Timezone will be followed if set correctly in WordPress General Settings.

Yes there are lot of hooks, but i must warn you this hook functions are for advance use only.

when a new event is submitted from actionuser addon.
There is no auto email for reminders at the moment. I hope that answers all your questions? and mike have fixed your slider with temporary solution but we will look into a more permament one in the next version update to slider 🙂

Well, eventon doesnt have auto adjusting times mate. Whatever time you enter will be shown regardless of location. One reason is: to adjust time based on locations the web browser doesnt always have location info and it need to be requested from user to give the browser permission for their location and we all know not many people like the idea of losing this private information.
You can in here enter the timezone info that would show on eventcard so users would know which time zone its on.
I think I understand. If the event is on Eastern Standard at 1pm and the user in Pacific standard adds to the Google Calendar or downloads the ics, then will it show 1pm Pacific Standard on the user side calendar? The user will manually have to change this to 4pm Pacific Standard? Thanks.
Yes that is correct. And putting the timezone in the input box in above picture will show time zone next to time on eventcard so users know its not in their timezone.

You need to download addon from our site myeventon.com and install manually the update.
Please upload CSV to dropbox or other file share site and send me a link to it.

How do you add a column? open the CSV file in MS excel or other editor programs and that should allow you to add columns easily.

I dont have an example so basically you would need the new column name to be same as the variable value you want to save on the event. check here http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/import-additional-fields-using-hooks/ i just updated how it look on excel.
So enable RSVP would need variable name evors_rsvp and event_review for reviewer. And setting this value to “yes”
