The annual automatic renewal could not be processed due to a payment rejection. I have manually repurchased the license for each extension directly on your website, but I am not sure what the next steps are.
Do I need to uninstall the old versions and download the new ones? If so, would that delete all my current settings and configuration?

Please go to EventON > Addons & Licenses > deactivate your current licenses. Now you can activate them with newly purchased ones.
