Hello, I cannot see my attendees list using the “View attendees” button on the event listing. I click it, and absolutely nothing happens, no pop up box at all. It has always worked until just recently. Also, I am no longer receiving a copy of the confirmation email when a ticket is purchased, which also has always worked until just recently.

Hi, thanks for the response. I tried to give you access, but I wasn’t able to create a new user on my site. Which then made me wonder what was actually going on, as it seemed bigger than just Eventon. Anyway…looks like the WordPress 5.5 update broke my website in multiple ways, including my payment gateway plugin, Eventon, Users, etc etc. So, I’ve just done a rollback to WordPress 5.4.2 and everything is working again. So I guess you can close this ticket, coz it’s an overall WordPress problem and not just Eventon. Thank you anyway.

Please ignore that latest message, it’s possible I made a small syntax error in the CSS which might have caused the confirmation mail to be sent. I will continue to test and open a new ticket if something would come up
