My client wants to add the seating ticketing option to their site. We have events that would not require seating options and some that do. Can there be both types of tickets?
Second, when someone gets a seated ticket, how does the receipt look and what is the best way for the box office to handle the entry into the venue?
Is it possible to turn off the seating chart for some events?

If you don’t want to use seating chart, just leave “Enable Event Seating for this event” disabled.
Hi again, we have the ticket variations addon. Can we use that in conjunction with the seating addon? So we could have one seat available at a member price and a non member price?
Hi – is it possible for people to choose more than one seat at a time? We have purchased all the add ons and I am getting it setup now. But it will only let me select one ticket at a time.
Also – this is for a theatre so we have multiple times and dates for the same show. Do I need to create separate seated events for all those options? Or is there another way to accomplish that within a single event listing?
By default in order to purchase multiple seats, you need to click on a seat > press “Add to Cart” > select another one > press “Add to Cart” > when done press “Buy Now”:
