I just purchased your ICS Importer. The importer is converting all day events into two day events

I’m trying to export calendar events from one multisite site to other sites. I created all the events on one of the sites, then exported the ICS file. Unfortunately when I import the ICS file into another site all the single all day events are converted into two day events. There are 18 events and I have to do this to 22 schools so it would be a ton of work to have to fix each event manually. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

      Could you try updating ICS Import using this version?

      The problem still happens with version 2. I’ve attached the ICS file.

      The best solution in this case is to use CSV Importer: https://www.myeventon.com/addons/csv-event-importer/

      As the ICS Importer doesn’t work for my needs, can I please get a full refund? I can’t purchase the CSV Importer and the ICS Importer.

      Yes, we have been reviewing it and we should be able to fix really quick.

      We have been working around the clock to take care of some things, so this should also be fixed

      Unfortunately, no. In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.
