When downloading a ICS-File of an event, the time of the event is wrong (on hour to early). The time-setting in WordPress ist UTC+1 (Berlin). The EventOn-Time-Setting is “Use WP default Date format in eventON calendar”.
My client reported that the link to add an event to the google calendar also sets a wrong time (one hour to late).
Any ideas what my cause this?
Best regards,
Jan
Jan,
Please check if you have latest version of our plugin and the addons.
First I had version 2.4.9 installed. Now I upgraded to version 2.5.1.
Found the setting “Custom eventon only time offset value (in minutes)” and set it to +60 – now the iCal is fine but all Google Calendar entries are wrong (+1 hour – that´s one hour to late).
So there is always something wrong – no matter what I choose. Also noticed all fonts are wrong in the latest version.

Thank´s for the link!
What about the iCal-Problem? Is this going to be fixed?
Hey there, can you send me the FTP we have figured out this issue – someoene else had similar issue – on eventon 2.5.2 beta version and I can upload beta version on your site.
Hey there, I have the same problem with the ICS-File 1 hour suspended than the original time. I updated my site and my plugins to the newest version. How can I solve the problem?
Jomar, are you importing events that are on daylight saving time?
Thanks for your Help. I just fixed it with the time setting “Custom eventon only time offset value (in minutes)”. Sorry for bothering you. Cheers
Hey Jomar,
Thank you for letting us know, we much appreciate it.
Happy you got it short out, and no worries – no bothering at all! 🙂
