Including booking information of variable tickets in WooCommerce Order Confirmation email

Including booking information of variable tickets in the WooCommerce Order Confirmation email
This site https://www.supgloucester.co.uk/ currently uses Event On with a ticketing add-on for users to book and pay for paddleboarding tickets. Now the client has been using this functionality for a little while, we’ve realised it has some limits. Could you help us come up with a solution that will solve the following problems:

Also when customers have booked, can we get the WooCommerce order confirmation to include the ticket type. So the client can see if someone has booked a childrens ticket, adult ticket or bring your own board?

      Hello,

By default WooCommerce as well as Varitaions’ add-on confirmation emails include variation type “qwe:asd”:

Could you check and let us know?

      Hello,

This is the New Order notification we recieve, with no information of what variation of the ticket has been purchased. It should either say, Adult, Junior or BYOB and the quantity of each.

The same issue as in your other ticket:

The problem is that you are using https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/set-variable-prices-tickets/ instead of Ticket Variations & Options add-on https://www.myeventon.com/addons/ticket-variations-options/.

In order to achieve https://helpdeskx.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/17120633/Screenshot-2021-09-17-at-21.05.10.jpg, you need to use the add-on.
