Ticket #33007 Public

Initial Ticket Email: Not Sent

My customer was able to purchase tickets for an event, but never got the email confirming the tickets.  The order was received, payment processed and stock reduced, but the Initial Ticket Email was not sent.  How can I fix this or kick it?
