There are details in the documentation about modifying archives and things like that, I’m mostly interested in editing the lightbox. Specifically I like the lightbox details but the ticket feature doesn’t show certain other WooCommerce product add-ons. So I’d like to link to the single event page from the lightbox. There is no option to do this by default and there isn’t any information about modifying the lightbox. Based on the work I’ve done with EventOn it seems as though the EventCard Data is loaded here but again, no details about modifying this.
If there is a template file that can be overridden that would be useful to know.

if so- what appears on the single event and not on the lightbox?
Yith Product Add-on options appear on the single event page. Only WooCommerce default variations appear in the lightbox. I haven’t really looked very closely at how the difference applies. My only quick-fix would be to not load any of the order information in the lightbox but a link to take them to the single event page.
Hey Gary,
Or, we can do some modification for you, so you can load all those details to the lightbox if you want.
You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
I appreciate the enthusiasm but I am unsure what custom modification you could do that wouldn’t be broken in future updates. I tried modifying the template-add-to-cart files by moving them into /eventon/ and/ eventon-tickets/ directories in the theme but it could be they aren’t being looked for there.
After looking through the files more directly there are single event hooks in the class-single-event file. But the issue isn’t that WooCommerce data can’t load in the lightbox, but that other data does not load because it doesn’t recognize it as a single product entry (like single product page).
It looks like I could possibly rebuild the Checkout process myself and just remove the Ticket Box eventcard data and use a custom one but thats a lot of work. I have just used some custom styling and repurposed the “Learn More” link to push users to the single event page when it’s got a ticket with Product Add-ons.
I looked at the Ticket Variation & Options extension but it doesn’t seem to have any conditions which is what I’m using the Yith Product Add-ons for (if Variation 1, show add-on 1 and 2 etc…)
Hey Gary,
We could discuss it and see ways ot be implemented.
We are open for those things yes.
