The WordPress installation is a multisite and multidomain, and the languages are being managed by the WPML plugin.
As you can see in http://www.hotelpulitzer.es/regina/?post_type=ajde_events&p=1430, it redirects to the permalink, but returns a 404 page, although I’ve try to update the permalinks by going to Settings> Permalink.
Is this an issue between the WPML plugin and the EventOn plugin? Or a problem with the multidomain installation?

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.
ok for starters
you have eventon version 2.2.27 which was from 2015-2-24 nearly 2 years ago
you will need to do a manual update to version 2.5.1 downloadable from codecanyon
you will most probably lose locations on all events as the way locations was handled in 2.2.27 is very different from 2.5.1
Once you have updated we can look to see if the error is still there or we can diagnose more accurately
If you have single events running- turn it off after the update as this is now apart of the eventon core
I’ve updated to last version, but the issue persists.
I know in the past we have had some problems with WPML
I do believe their is an update to you WPML which to be honest I don’t know if it will fix the problem (other customers with WPML who updated have solved their problems but your problem is different than theirs)
I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here as he has more experience with WPML. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
Will try to update WMPL.
Will keep you posted.
Issue persists after the upgrade of WPML.
What I’ve see is that under one of the domain (hotelpulitzer.es/en/music) the events works, because to the url is added /blog/ before the event. That has no sense!!!
it is weird I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he knows more about WPML than me. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
Hi thre i am really sorry to disappoint you this seems like a clear issue coming from WPML side. And there is nothing we can do, other than ask you to contact them and see if they can help you here. We have tried to work with WPML people to get evneton compatible with their plugin but those talks went no where.
Sorry about that. and good luck with them!
The issue persists, although the WPML is not activated for the domain
I am sorry, the access information you have provided did not work for us. Please check them and post the correct login information as a private message, thank you!
Like Dave said login info no longer work for me either. So we gonna need those to further assist
