35% OFF ADDONS CODE EVOCYBER2020
I created an event today. Most users are RSVPing successfully for my event. However, a number of them who are using iPhone and iPads are reporting issues. When they click ‘Submit’ on the RSVP popup, the get no response and a continuing spinning progress indicator. The process never completes.
Can you help?

The problem seems to be that people are unable to submit the RSVP response. Screenshot attached.

I already included the URL along with a username/password in the original support request.

need correct wp-admin information as the old doesnt work. And direct link to event with RSVP in question, if you please
My apologies. It’s www.boulderinvestmentgroup.com
The information above should all be accurate excluding the URL, which I’ve provided later.
I think there is another plugin or your theme is interfereing in here. Do i have the permission to switch your themes and plugins?
Unfortunately not. This is a live production site and any changes will impact users.
Is there anything you would recommend doing on the development version of the site? It is not available publicly so I cannot give you access to it?
Ah, well if you have a dev version of the site thats great. What I was going to do was remove all other plugins and then remove all other themes and install just default wordpress theme and then test it out. Because i have a feeling like this is causing this issue because of another plugin you have in the site or the theme. So if you can do those in your dev site and let me know if that works, and then you can start adding other plugins one by one until you find the culprit 🙂
