While using ticket add-on in a multi-lingual site. We found that the configured translations are not working on the checkout page and cart.
For WPML
L1 is set to French
L2 is English.
As such we have configured the languages in the event language settings accordingly and throughout the website work fine.

As such we can confirm that the translations as such are active and working for the ticket add-on.

And most importantly on the English checkout page any and all Eventon ticket add-on information is showing French while it should show English: https://skreengrab.com/CleanShot-2026-05-29-at-17.17
Using all the latest Eventon plugin versions (all checked)
running WP 6.9.4 (had some issue on WP 7 and we restored back to 6.9.4)
Checkout is using classic checkout (not block editor checkout)

As mentioned in my original ticket. The translation works fine eventon calendar pages – ticket popups etc. All translation is properly used from EventON language settings.
Our calendar EventOn activations seems to be correct based on
(and again, all common EventOn pages, the translations work fine as described in original ticket)

The important distinction to make is that wpml translation for events and tickets is working on ”normal” pages. It is only on the checkout pages (and sidebar cart) where the translation no longer works. We use WPCodebox for our code snippets (to avoid hardcoding the functions.php) – we have eliminated this being an issue – When WP Codebox is deactivated, the same issue is present, it is not a cusomt code issue.
Furthermore, we are using Classic checkout. To my knowledge I cannot set / or have to set anything else according to your documentation:
Note/Question. Is it common behaviour of the event/ticket system, that a translated event/ticket will not show in the L2 language until the event date/time is set in the L2 / translated page?

how come I can not find eventON settings in your wp-admin? is it blocked?
You are absolutely correct there is an issue with lang value not passing over to the block cart. we have identified the issue and will get a fix in place and release an update. You can stay tune for when the new update is out via our X @myeventon.

Thanks for investigation and ”happy” you were able to replicate the issue.
I know and understand it is hard to predict an exact release time / date. But is there any indication? We were essentially waiting to go live with this multi-lingual website this Wednesday, untill we found this issue doing our QA testing. Will the release be in 1-2 weeks or longer?
