Latest version causes Woocommerce to send mails in Chinese !!!! HELP!

With the latest update of eventon, woocommerce send emails in chineese! And I disabled all plugins. It is eventon (main plugin)
On April the 1st it worked.

  Ok, I had the 3.1.2
  
  Now it works again but please check on this with 3.1.3!
