well it started because the categorie 1 doesn’t work, I tried to use it but it always mix all the events despite the id associated you can see now you the first two calendars the first as the event type 1=id56 and it shows all the events I have generated the second one as only event type 1 and presents the same behavior , all the events are showing up from all categories!!!

if you use event type 0  it’s the same. Take a look now I’ve change the page to ilustrate the problem.

all the other categories from 2 to 8 work fine with the different id associated.

the third calendar the one that has this short code:

don’t show anything at all.

The last one is the only one thas has a “normal” behaviour.

That’s a good question… The same moment I payed for the custom I decided not to touch EventON, I tought would be better not to mess anything. I only indicated the page where the problem was, and every day visited the page to see if turns good.

nothing happened. Two weeks ago Mar 31  Basilis told me the “the work is alive, can you test it?”

The same day I replied, “I don’t see any change”. He never replied me about the work. He posted that he was unable to see my messages and no explanation about the work. Until yesterday I didn’t touch anything. I just visited the page  and nothing happened. I just noticed the categorie 1 problem yesterday.

Are you authorized to see the ticket? if not I can copy every ticket and send you

I’ve been very polited all the time, I created two different custom requests and a private ticket asking what was going on, (I don’t have interest in damage your image, I prefer to have the job done) he jumped in saying that would follow up the original ticket, closed both tickets and nothing… but yesterday I had enough and told him I would ask a refund from the PayPal (I didn’t do it, yet) and make a complaint.

And that’s pretty much everything

but the issue that started this ticket remains, it’s the 3rd short code on the same page, the message says “There are no upcoming  events” I send you the image. The following is the issue:

I’m trying to show 4 different categories and 4 different id in the same short code, but it doesn’t work. is there a way to do it? this is the short code I’m using.

and did you see the event type 1 strange behaviour? it shows all categories in the same place despite having a specific id or not! It’s the short code where you fixed the event list bubbles style

one more thing, the short code generator doesn’t show up all the categories created, I have 8. Is this normal?

Ok, it makes sense now.

And about the other two questions, the one related with multiple categories in the same event list not showing up? and the event type 1 issue, any idea?

Hi,

I was testing the css that Ashon applied to the site and let me ask if is possible to the row auto detect the box dimensions and shape the number of bubbles in a way that can fit the box  and apply a “paragraf”

This is important if we have let’s say 50 events per month, this could end in cropping the events even if the box is just 1200px

this is the cropped events list

the same happens with the mobile version. if at the mobile the calendar is not boxed you need to scroll horizontal wich is not so obvious in UI perspective

The version with 2 columns boxed with a content with of 1200px split 50-50  is not usable for more then 5 bubbles in a row

I’ve tryed the code, cleared the browser cache and purged w3 total cache and cloudflare cache but it doesn’t work .

I’ve tryed

Ashan, as you are planning to add this css in the next version update please  consider to make the bubbles a little bit smaller in the mobile version, it’s just my opinion!

And one more thing, I’,ve noticed when you hoover the bubble the pulse bubble gets cropped, it needs a little bit of padding top and left in each row I guess 5px would be enough
