Users are buying e.g. two different events in one order.
When one event gets canceled, both tickets remain as confirmed, which is of course wrong
How can we solve this?

Dav, how does your event organizers see the participants list on frontend? Are you using actionUser event manager or how exactly are they seeing this?
yes, we are using the actionuser extension. Trainers can open their assigned events and open the participant list (popup)
The backoffice is using the csv export.
Both lists only contain the status “completed”
The problem only occurs when a user purchases multiple tickets and then cancels one of them. so the entire order is still “completed”
