Hi there,
so apparently it doesn’t seem like attendees confirming their participation through the RSVP add-on receive email anymore; in addition, the “thank you” screen for the confirmation screen seems have disappeared too.
I’ve just recently updated to the latest plugin add-on version so I’m not sure if that affected it or not; but I seem to have read someone in the thread here having a similar issue.
Please let me know if there’s something I can do in the meanwhile.
P.S (I’ve gone ahead and checked the wordpress email to figure out if that was the issue, but that seems to be working fine so that leaves with the plugin being the only possible issue?)
Many thanks in advance

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
Meanwhile could you downgrade to EventON 3.1.2. Don’t forget to enable EventON Settings > Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled.
I am having this exact same issue. No thank you screen and email confirmations are not sending. Manual emails to the attendee list from the event page are working fine. For now I will downgrade to 3.1.2 but would appreciate hearing if there is another fix!
Do we have any news? Any updates on this issue?
Kindly apply this patch fix to resolve this issue.
That is the code already in version 3.1.4 where the issue exists. The 3.1.2 version not containing that code works fine.
Hey Alison,
Yes, this is a fix that will be included on our next version
I’ve checked the code, that part is already there in the latest version of the plug-in and it still doesn’t work
It seems to be working for me.
The problem is that your server shows quite a lot of fatal errors:
[19-Apr-2021 10:11:26 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9437184 bytes) in /data/vhosts/namiorganic.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/bridge/includes/qode-related-posts.php on line 41

Please try this test event: https://namiorganic.com/events/test/
As you can see everything is correct with no errors in Console.
Hi,
I am having this same issue. I am using 3.1.4 and RSVP version 2.7.2 – is this fixed in 3.1.4 or do we need to roll back?
Thanks,
Diana
Diana try updating eventon to 3.1.5
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
