I’m submitting a ticket because the one I submitted on Friday has been completely ignored. I normally get prompt replies with issues, but have been completely unable to move forward with my website project because of this issue and I haven’t even received a reply to let me know that you’ve seen my ticket. I understand that you’re crazy busy, but all the other tickets submitted after me have been addressed, so I’m not sure why I haven’t gotten a response. This is what the original ticket said:
Hi! I have the ticket plugin installed and I get this warning when I go to activate tickets on an event I’ve already set up.
Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /home/dh_cixyd8/stjohnsbeertours.com/wp-content/plugins/eventON/includes/class-evo-datetime.php on line 25
I have the most recent version of the plugin. Can you help fix?

We do not work on weekends and so that is why you did not get the response to your ticket.
Anyway, please send us FTP access to your site as a private message, so we can perform several tests from our end and resolve your issue fast!
Any progress with this?
I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
Thanks. I’ve been trying to get this working since Friday and I need to have my site live by the end of the week. Hopefully I get a reply soon.
OK I was able to create this event
and then after I created the event I then activated tickets with no problem
to help us diagnose- where did the error appear- and when- please provide the steps to what you did to have this error appear
did the message appear on a blank white screen with that error message at the top or were you still in the dashboard?
did the event with tickets enabled still save or did it not save
The error appears above the YES toggle button in the photo attached. I was seeing the ticket on the front end in the last couple hours, but when I added two tickets to my cart and went ‘checkout’, the checkout page would appear, but then the page would refresh and I’d get a warning that said ‘item no longer for sale’ or something of that nature.
Is the plugin still workable if I’m getting the warning like in the screenshot?
for Ashan also see http://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/ticket/error-message-for-tickets-add-on/
FYI: I just tried to create one of the events from scratch, to see if the issue was just showing up on events that I had created before installing the ticket plugin addon. It seems that events are happening on one day work fine but repeating events (such as all the events I’m creating) show the error from the screenshot.
Just wanted to stress here, that we do not work on weekends so its really bad time to post urgent tickets on fridays. And we do not sell priority support nor charge for support for our items and support is something we give as a gift for buying eventon 🙂
as for the fix please place this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/yms381pnoyrfqdc/class-evo-datetime.php?dl=0
into ../eventon/includes/ folder and clear cache.
