New 3.1 update crashes my entire website

Your new 3.1 update crashes my entire website, I don’t know what could be wrong, how can I download version 3.0.8? this works fine, as long as they correct the problem. It is urgent please.

  Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.
  
  Please also check for latest versions add-ons from here. Your issue might be related to an older version you are running and we might have resolved this already in the newer version update. If you are on latest version of our software and the issue still persist please let us know.

  I am sure that we can fix 3.1, if you provide wp-admin and FTP access, quite quickly. Unfortunately, EventON 3.0.8 isn’t available.
  
  You did make sure that your add-ons are updated, correct?
