New admin UI in event edit page

Hi,

I am having an issue with the new admin UI in event edit page. Generally I’d wish you didn’t change it, in my view there was nothing wrong with the previous arrangement. Anyway, I am relying on images in thew text field in the custom meta fields settings. Previously there was a way to add an image to the text field from library in the graphic editor. Now it seems I have to go to the “view HTML” and implement the image from there, which is time consuming. Can the “add image” button be back please? Thank you!

Roman, we also wish we could kept the previous version, but we had several customers reporting of HTML code getting stripped out when they were saved through WordPress save event post process. So we had to find alternative ways to allow HTML tags to be used in the Custom meta fields.

The insert image was supported with wordpress classic text editor, but  that does not work on ajax loaded content.

We are in the process of adding support for WP block editor for there as well 🙂
In the next version we are going to add WP Classic editor support 🙂 It will look like this.
