WE have purchased the Action User extension. When users create a new event, it goes into draft mode. However we do not receive the email indicating this has been requested. We have filled in the EMAIL section with the email address email@example.com.
How do we ensure new events being requested generate this email so we can review it and make it live.

Is your other email functions working?
Do you receive emails from your contact us form?
Also, have you checked the spam folder?
